This comprehensive process ensures a thorough evaluation of each applicant’s academic, behavioral, psychological, medical background, extracurricular interests, and future aspirations to support their success and well-being in the school environment.

Application Submission

  • Complete paper application form.

Transcripts

  • Submit the official school record to Azice for the transcript evaluation.

Disciplinary Background

  • ⁠Provide a report from the current school detailing any disciplinary actions.
  • ⁠Include a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counselor.

⁠Psychological Evaluation

  • ⁠⁠Submit a recent psychological evaluation conducted by a licensed psychologist.
  • Include assessments of cognitive abilities, emotional well-being, and social behavior.

Medical History

  • ⁠⁠⁠Provide a comprehensive medical history form completed by a healthcare provider.
  • ⁠Include immunization records and any known medical conditions.

Prescribed Medication

  • ⁠List all prescribed medications, including usage and dosages.
  • ⁠⁠Include a letter from the prescribing physician detailing the necessity and management of the medications.

⁠Hobbies and Interests

  • ⁠Provide a list of hobbies and extracurricular activities.
  • Include any relevant achievements or participation in clubs, sports, arts, etc.

⁠Two-Week Tryout Period

  • ⁠Participate in a two-week tryout period involving both athletics and academic classes.
  • Evaluate the student’s fit for the school’s environment and programs.

– If the student is denied entry after the two-week tryout, the parents are only obligated to pay for those two weeks.

– Any deposits made will be refunded.

  • ⁠Indicate the career you would like to pursue.
  • Specify which university you would like to attend for higher education.

⁠Sporting Dreams

  • ⁠Describe your dreams and aspirations related to your sport.
  • Explain your long-term goals and what you hope to achieve in your athletic career.

⁠Interview and Assessment

  • ⁠Schedule an interview with the admissions committee.
  • ⁠Participate in academic assessments and/or entrance exams 
(if required).

Final Review and Decision

  • The admissions committee reviews all submitted documents and tryout period performance.
  • ⁠Notification of acceptance or denial is sent to the applicant.

⁠Enrollment Confirmation

  • Upon acceptance, confirm enrollment by submitting any required deposit and signed agreement forms.
  • ⁠Attend orientation and complete any additional enrollment steps.
