Both our teachers and coaches share the basic same responsibilities, because we are educators: 

 

1. Sharing Knowledge and Experience: You provide our students with the foundation they need to excel.

2. Motivating: You inspire and encourage them to reach their full potential.

3. Protecting: You ensure a safe and supportive environment for their growth.

4. But our main goal is to develop independent critical thinkers, We prepare our students to become self-reliant individuals.

 

“We make champions,” signifies that we create champions for life. Our students learn essential values such as discipline, perseverance, equality, responsibility, honesty, and respect. They also develop crucial cognitive skills. Most of our students are here on their own, without parents and we don’t have babysitters, so they learn to manage their time, make decisions independently, decisions have consequences, and they will face challenges, and and all these will be building blocks to prepare for college and beyond. 

 

Most students enroll in this academy with the dream of becoming professional athletes. However, we recognize that 99.9% will ultimately pursue higher education on college scholarships, underscoring the significance of sports in their academic journey. By maintaining good grades and excelling in their chosen sports, these students will have the opportunity to attend some of the most prestigious universities in the world.

 

Today you are a pert of our team, but out team is a big family. Look to you right, left, behind you, this is your team, but not only them, all the coaches, office personnel, student services are all part of this big family. We are to help each other, I don’t have to describe what a team is, or its advantages. We all have to raw in the same direction.   

 

Our dream is to be the best academy in the world, and I invite you to embrace that dream, without your commitment it will be only a mirage, an illusion. One word, “commitment”.
