Transcript
Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians — transcripts are sent directly to colleges or schools upon request from the institution. To process these requests correctly, we must have the accurate email address of the registrar or admissions office for the receiving college, university, or post-secondary school. Please note that schools will not accept official transcripts submitted by parents or students.
Important Information
Priority will be given to transcript requests made by institutions where students have been accepted or plan to attend. If your child is not attending college or another school and you would like a transcript for personal records, you may still request one, but these requests will be processed after those going to college.

Receive Transcript
Transcripts are processed and sent within 72 hours of confirmed payment.

Spanish Version Available
A Spanish version of the transcript request form is available upon request. Contact Mrs. V. Rodriguez, School Secretary.
2025 Graduates: Transcripts will be sent to universities of your choice free of charge for the first year after graduation.
